Specialist Property Inspection & Testing
Every home is different, and the cause(s) of mold growth will be too. There is no "silver bullet" when it comes to remediating mold. I need to understand the unique circumstances in your home to tailor my mold remediation plan. I also take air samples before I remediate, so we can objectively compare before and after treatment.

Whole Home Mold Eradication
Once I understand the cause(s) of mold growth in your home, we can begin mold remediation. This can include, based on your requirements:
- The removal of contaminated materials
- Containment protocols
- Fogging a sterilant to destroy mold on surfaces and in the air
- HEPA vacuuming

Future Mold Prevention
Once the mold has been destroyed and the contaminated materials removed from your home, it's important to future-proof your property so you don't have a repeat of the situation. I apply an antimicrobial layer to all surfaces within the home, which prevents mold regrowth by eliminating any new mold spores that enter your airspace on contact.

Proof of Success
I'll also take air samples from your home after the remediation is complete. This allows us to examine the mold in your air both before and after treatment, to demonstrate the reduction in mold levels. Results will be presented back to you in the form of a post treatment report.
